Heraclitus

Heraclitus was an ancient Greek philosopher born in Ephesus, a city on the coast of Asia Minor.  He was born 535 BC and died 475 BC.  He is well known for his doctrine in his belief of the only thing which is constant in this world is change.

The Only Thing That Is Constant Is Change -

No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man.

The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts. Think only on those things that are in line with your principles and can bear the light of day. The content of your character is your choice. Day by day, what you do is who you become. Your integrity is your destiny - it is the light that guides your way.

is the greatest virtue.
Wisdom is to speak
the truth and act
in keeping with its nature.
